Aside from working for him, I have been a student of Tony Robbins, and met Jairek a year into my network marketing journey back in the summer of 2009 when I was in California for an Isagenix event.

He brings a fresh, relevant take on network marketing from his vantage point as a 27 year old who has spoken for many companies and systems.

Jairek Robbins really delivers some insight into aspects of our profession, some quite funny, that most people will not talk about or train on.

He specifically tackled a lot of this in the context of young network marketers seeking results on this journey.

Wasn’t that call one of the best ones you’ve heard in months?!

“How do I make a difference in everybody’s lives instead of just taking care of me?” This is one of the biggest questions Jairek Robbins posed that differentiates the average from the most successful people.

He mentioned something close to my heart that I’ve found success with (when I embrace it) and that is to release our expectations about what things are going to look like. We all deserve to be unattached to how things on the path are going to show up.

Jairek Robbins said to train your mind to enjoy and celebrate everything that shows up on your journey.

I am still working on this. If we’re attached, what is it? Its control.  So then, observing that,  we require to take what sometimes is a hard look, at where this desire to control comes from. For me it was a controlling environment growing up, basic on learned ‘chornic worrying’ my parents lived in, that I modeled without knowing.  I’ve found once I identify the story from my past, forgive those people without judgement, the desire for control continues to fall away. Then the whole process becomes easier.

Jairek Robbins noted that you’re either receiving results or feedback for what you’re doing.  I took this as an awesome strategy  to use in being continually objective and grounded emotionally as I observe my day to day.

The next piece he went into really focused on this idea of servant leadership and taking changing your whole view how you operate in the world. Instead of going day to day only thinking about your end needs, he mentioned how great it feels and what amazing things flood into your life when you always have the awareness of, “how can I make this person’s day better?”

How can I help the my whole team, the community, my family, & friends? When you stop making life about getting just what you want, everything opens up. Jairek Robbins shared a sobering example of this in that story he told about his aunt who only focused on herself and nobody else, and now lives in a homeless shelter.  Lots to think about right?!

The final segment of the interview with Jairek Robbins had to do with being real and authentic when prospecting young people.

He highlighted something that I find to be so true; our generation wants to buy and older generations want to be sold to.

It all first starts with mastering the traditional approach to marketing your product or business. Think about what would cause you to buy or enroll as a young person, and then take that idea to market and share the vision.

To do this, Jairek Robbins placed zero’d in on teaching new people in your business to practice! Specifically, he emphasized studying the references/stories/metaphors of the generations and audiences you’re marketing to.

People who are newer to networking & selling have to learn how to take stories and metaphors that their audience can relate to and use them. If you’re speaking to someone who grew up in the sixties, it behooves you to be familiar with things from that time they can relate to; like TV shows, events, etc. You can’t make a joke about a time frame and develop deep rapport if you know nothing about it. The same goes for speaking with younger people; as they have different reference points for life.

The first has to do with effectively communicating to a potential business partner, what kind of work is going to be required to get the goals they say they are looking to achieve. The second part will have to do with the same idea of separating fact from fiction regarding strategies to reach a desired outcome, only this will be with mlm distributors of yours that you’ve already enrolled.

Knowing how to best manage the expectations of prospects or potential mlm distributors on your team is essential for sifting and sorting for the right people.

When you are effectively asking someone what has them in a position that they want to create extra income from the comfort of home, what it would mean for their their family, hobbies, and lifestyle, you are also conveying that it will take work.

Then we ask them how many hours a week/day they could commit to getting the extra money and time they say they want. This is so important as it conveys the right posture of leadership but it also gives prospective mlm distributors an idea of the kind of commitment they require to make to be successful.  If the monthly income they desire isn’t remotely congruent with the time they say they can devote to their business, its up to us to advise them.  The last thing you want is somebody complaining, “I just can’t find the time or fit it in.” I know I’ve heard that dozens of times, so I do my best to eliminate it on the front end. Sometimes it still happens though and that is okay.

We manage expectations by letting them know what kind of hours it will take them to reach their goals as new mlm distributors.

A perfect example of this is in my primary company, we have a new program called ‘3K in 30 Days.’ It was specifically designed to get new people to replace their income fast. Our primary company plan has very strong back end and middle residuals, but this really beefed up the front money bonuses (without taking away from any other part…like ‘front-end loaders’ do). It was partially inspired by and has been quite successful for; new aspiring mlm distributors who have just lost their job, as well as seasoned networkers who were very successful elsewhere and have to replace their monthy income fast.

So, I ask one of these new potential LLBP’s (life long biz partners) what kind of income they desire to make in their first month? If it matches up, I’ll show them this plan. But I emphasize to these prospects that it is gonna take some very focused energy to complete, thus managing their expectations and qualifying them for my time.

Managing the expectations of new mlm distributors on your team is crucial to empower them with the ability to be objective about what their new business is going to require from their life.

With different people the timing may very here. You may have a lot of this discussion on the front end if they see the vision right away. In my business, 85% of the people are there for the products, and so because people become walking billboards and realize they could get their product for free by helping three friends when they ask, many business builders emerge later.

From there, we sit down and have the discussion of what they want to do; just get their products for free or create a small, moderate, or significant monthly income.

Another part of managing the expectations for new mlm distributors has to do with talking to them about their talents, experience, & skills. I help them pick the marketing method that most resonates with their personality and skillsets.

I see so many people in this business, new and seasoned, comparing themselves to others.  I know because I’ve been one of them!

This is probably the biggest understanding I attempt to come to and instill in my new business partners; measure your success by the number of conversations you’ve had, not how many weeks, months, years you’ve been in the business!

If you’ve been in three years but have only had 100 conversations, well no wonder you are where you are. In his book, ‘The Outliers,’ Malcom Gladwell talks about how mastery in anything, ice skating or closing sales, requires 10,ooo hours of practice.

New and seasoned mlm distributors unfairly compare themselves to others, either because they don’t understand that it takes experience and practice, or because they were so successful in another field, they think they’re going to just walk right in and crush it with talent alone. Once in a while of course, the law of averages shows us that this can happen, but typically they’ve paid their dues in some other form of experience that translates over.

In closing, managing the expectations of your prospects and new distributors will save everybody, time, energy, & unnecessary headaches ; )

For years I had read and studied different types of water fasts from all around the world. I was once in a similar seat and I’m happy to share my experience with you. So as you read ta 65 reviews, you’re most likely wondering if it really helps in the process of strengthening cell division more than the other proven product on the market that we’ve discovered.

Scientists have noticed that cells stop replicating when telomeres become too short. Without adequate telomere protection, essential parts of the DNA can be damaged in the replication process. In humans, a cell replicates approximately 40-60 times before the telomeres become too short. This limit is called the Hayflick Phenomenon (or limit). Research has shown the more a cell divides, the shorter the telomeres get, and the less time the cell will be productive and able to divide.

The majority of the work is done by the body’s own master antioxidant, glutathione, and antioxidant enzymes including glutathione peroxidase, catalase, and superoxide dismutase. Its essential to find food sources containing these. When telomeres shorten and fray, recent research suggests that these antioxidant defenses diminish and protection against free radicals goes down.

Does ta 65  prevent this?

Fortunately, emerging research reveals we may be able to influence cellular aging processes in positive ways. This may affect how efficiently cells repair and replicate themselves, which affects your health, well-being and the aging process in various ways.

What we did find was that many of these nutrients and compounds were not found in our ta 65 reviews.

Fortunately we did discover another alternative that appears to be a far superior alternative to ta 65, and a much more affordable one for those desiring to feel younger again. Before we get there, its important we highlight this recent research so you can make your own decision.

With the recent surge of interest in telomere shortening as an underlying cause of aging, it’s no wonder scientists are enthusiastically researching how diet and lifestyle can influence telomere length. Now, Ligi Paul, Ph.D., of the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, has reviewed the latest literature associating telomere length with nutrients, bioactive compounds, and lifestyle factors.

Telomeres protect the ends of chromosomes from fusing with each other, Dr. Paul reminds us, and their length is an indicator of biological aging. Although shortening is a normal part of aging, oxidative stress and inflammation definitely speed up the process of telomere shortening.

“Of interest to nutritionists, telomere length has been shown to be associated with nutritional status in human and animal studies. Healthy lifestyles and diets are positively correlated with telomere length,” Dr. Paul wrote. According to his review, the most recent studies have found that the following nutrients influence telomere length:

* Folate – This B vitamin is important for DNA and RNA structure and function.
* Vitamin B12 – In conjunction with folate, this B vitamin is important for the methylation, or detoxification, of homocysteine. Higher levels of homocysteine are associated with increased oxidative stress.
* Niacin (nicotinamide) – Can influence telomere length through its multiple regulatory and coenzymatic activities.
* Vitamin A and beta-carotene – These antioxidants reduce concentrations of harmful signaling molecules and increase beneficial ones to help reduce oxidative stress.
* Vitamin D – Higher levels of vitamin D lower levels of c-reactive protein (CRP), a protein with harmful effects and associated with shortened telomere length. Vitamin D appears to inhibit some of CRP’s harmful effects.
* Vitamins C and E – These antioxidant vitamins are widely acknowledged for limiting oxidative stress and its damage on DNA and telomeres.
* Magnesium – The mineral required for the activity of a number of enzymes involved in DNA replication and repair. Low amounts of this mineral are also associated with higher concentrations of CRP.
* Zinc – This mineral is necessary for a variety of enzymes including DNA polymerases, which are important for DNA and telomere maintenance.
* Iron – In contrast to the other nutrients, iron supplementation is associated with shorter telomeres. This is likely because of iron’s pro-oxidant ability to stimulate free radical generation. While iron supplements may increase oxidative stress, iron from diet or multivitamins (containing less iron) is not negatively associated with telomere length.

* Curcumin and turmeric – Turmeric, and its primary component curcumin, are common dietary spices that stimulate synthesis of antioxidants, thereby protecting against oxidative stress. Mice fed diets containing curcumin had a trend for longer telomeres compared with controls.
* Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) – Higher plasma levels of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) may protect against oxidative stress by enhancing activity of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase.
* Polyphenols – Polyphenols from grape seed and green tea provide additional protection for DNA and telomeres from oxidative stress. Those who drink tea regularly have longer telomeres while mice fed grape seed polyphenols had longer telomeres compared to controls.

Upon further investigation, our ta 65 reviews show that it doesn’t contain any of these proven organic botanicals proven to lengthen telomeres.

In addition to natural ingredients that support telomere length, the key is the natural activation of telomerase in the human body.  Dr. Bill Andrews and his team at Sierra Sciences were the first to do this and incidentally have exclusively partnered with ‘The Mineral Man,’ John Anderson and his. His team that built this research won the Noble Prize in Medicine in 20009. The two were featured in a 12 page spread in Popular Science magazine for their groundbreaking work in August, 2011. The title of the article was, “The Man Who Stopped Time.” I have a feeling that may be the clue we are looking for when we were doing our ta 65 reviews, in deciding whether or not to purchase it.

Dr. Bill and his team at Sierra Sciences found its first telomerase inducer called C0057684. It was first ever discovered that activates the telomerase enzyme gene without killing the cells. Efforts are presently underway to learn everything possible about C0057684. But in addition, C0057684 has provided Sierra Sciences with the first positive control ever for detection of telomerase gene activity in normal human cells. This has served as a very powerful tool for the development of robust high throughput screening assays for finding additional telomerase inducers.

Whats most notable is that before meeting master herbalist & ‘mineral man’, John Anderson, Dr. Bill Andrews and Sierra Sciences only found one hit that activated telomerase in the human body that protects telomeres; much like ta 65 and their one plant phytochemical.

Unlike ta 65, after working with John Anderson, Dr. Bill Andrews and his team have found the following:

“We have screened 254, 593 compounds. We have found 858 telomerase inducers.”

Before partnering with John, it would take Bill and his team 10,000 tries to get a hit that would induce telomerase.  Out of the first 11 organic plant compounds John sent to Bill and his team (triple blind so they wouldn’t know) to test, they got 8 hits activating telomerase. That is already 7 above ta 65. I guess the proof is in the pudding.

Now getting to the meat of it. In our ta 65 reviews, what we’ve found is that it only uses one Telomerase activator, Astragalus. Ta 65 is a naturally occurring single molecule found in the ancient Chinese herb Astragalus. T.A. Sciences has developed a proprietary process to refine and purify ta 65. Their process begins with tons of plant material harvested from selected farms in one small region in China.

Sierra Sciences, who has partnered exlcusively with John Anderson and his team in creation of its groundbreaking Telomere support suppliment, Product B as found 858 telomerase inducers, as opposed to 1 telomerase activator in the ta 65 product.

It seems Dr. Bill Andrews and John Anderson clearly have the superior firepower, and far more testimonials to back it up, but what about the cost comparison to ta 65?

Looking into this, we found that Product B can be purchased at wholesale for as little as $69. A monthly supply of ta 65 comes to $219. Pretty much a no-brainer from a cost stand point.

As far as testimonials go, we’ll save that for another post. I’ve found significantly more testimonials for Product B than with our ta 65 reviews, even though its official launch was in August, 2011.

In my opinion, based on weighing the science and the facts, ta 65 is a stellar product, but we found Product B to be far superior.

Maybe this is you? Have you ever had someone’s vision or idea give birth to one of yours? Maybe you were that person who was lost, just doing what they thought they had to do to survive….? That was absolutely me at one point.

The type of people who get inspired and take action just by hearing your vision are the emotional beings that you definitely want on your team. They can make powerful decisions quickly and change their minds slowly. The type of person who can get inspired easily is the same type of person who can typically transmit this energy into others. Its all about co-creation, baby.

When somebody tells you their vision or were to lead with their why, what would that do for you in terms of their credibility? For me, I know somebody is for real if they show up that way. Part of your law of averages in determining who will join with you of course does rely on whether or not they see the value, but often a bigger piece is whether they believe in you. Many times somebody who doesn’t even know what you’re promoting will join you based on the energy you transmit and the authenticity they perceive.

It has also come to my attention that those who can find, identify, and lead with their ‘why’ not only are able to attract-on-demand, but they typically also know what moves them and where they belong. In other words, these marketers are not ‘list pleasers,’ looking for whatever new opportunity their list will bite at, but are most often stable and building deep with their teams, creating a culture within a culture.

Its not to say that you can’t switch companies and businesses and still be leading and acting on your ‘why’ with integrity, I’m just highlighting what I see going on most out there.
