A recent study found that each time you check your email, you’re loosing 15 minutes of productivity at the minimum. Also, doesn’t it feel so much better when the flow of the day and ideas aren’t interrupted if you tackle them? Isn’t this email checking really a way for you to procrastinate a task you perceive to be painful? I know it has been for me. When you realize this, there are probably many productivity secrets you’ll discover within it. At least that was my experience.
